Mark Feldman led a panel at the BC International Corporate Citizenship Conference 2013: Corporate Citizenship for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Feldman introduced some of the key differences between corporate citizenship at smaller versus larger companies, where there are fewer employees and limited resources, but highly innovative and creative projects being developed.
The panel included CR leaders from small and medium-sized businesses who shared how they prioritize their initiatives, engage their employees, and build programs in creative ways that have the potential for scaling up, including: Jennifer Leitsch, Corporate Responsibility Manager, Prologis; Ali Kenney, Global Sustainability Manager, Burton Snowboards, and Karin Weaver, National Director of Strategic Partnerships, Bright Horizons Foundation for Children.
