The ARAMARK Building Community Innovation Awards received national media coverage from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Business Civic Leadership Center (BCLC), Biz Times, Jamaica Plain Gazette, Boston.com, WGBH-TV, WBZ-TV and WCVB-TV among others. The media commended the company’s ongoing support of creative and successful workforce programs developed by community centers to prepare people for and connect them to jobs.
WGBH-TV featured a ten minute interview with Randal Rucker, CEO of Family Service of Greater Boston and the Peter B. Goldberg ARAMARK Building Community Executive Leadership Award recipient. In the interview, Rucker discusses what the award means to him and how the overall awards celebrate innovation within community centers.
