“Courageous Together” embodies our approach to corporate social impact and is the theme for our 20 year anniversary. This phrase captures how we support one another. It’s a mantra for how we empower our clients and others to take action and continuously move forward. It’s about being fearless and focused on the pursuit of delivering positive social and environmental impact.
Courageous is about being bold, getting out of our comfort zones and failing forward. It involves thinking differently when creating the best strategies to strengthen business + impact society, and persevering when things get challenging.
Together is about collaborating to achieve shared goals. We never work alone; it is always hand-in-hand with clients, teammates, and experts from across the globe, always seeking to put one another’s unique skills and experiences to work.
Courageous Together is also highly personal. It reflects how we as a married couple – also celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary this year – attempt to simultaneously manage family, kids, businesses, and life’s adventures. It’s about the ups, downs, and wonderfully surprising aspects of working together every day. We are so lucky to be partners in everything, including in the business of improving lives. We’re eager to climb many, many more mountains together and with you.
