Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation Announces Strategic Refresh
We are thrilled to share news about our collaboration with the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation (UBCF).
Last month, UBCF announced their refreshed strategy focused on supporting the holistic mental health and well-being of women and teens. UBCF is expanding its impact nationally to empower women and teens by providing resources that enhance confidence, improve physical health, and create a sense of belonging. Through a portfolio of partnerships, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Jed Foundation, Active Minds, and Girls Inc., UBCF will reach diverse and historically underserved communities as it uses the power of beauty as a force or good.

Mark Feldman Leads Social Impact Business Leader Summit
Corporate social impact practitioners from the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Australia participated in a half-day business-only summit to discuss hot topics in our field. Planned and facilitated by Mark Feldman and Cause Consulting, and co-taught with PayPal’s Karen Little and Takeda’s Chris Barr, the summit provided a powerful peer-to-peer learning environment at the kick-off of the annual Engage for Good Conference. Together, we reviewed frameworks to respond to fast-breaking issues and crisis; strategies for refreshing signature social impact programs; and approaches to communicating impact through cross-functional collaboration and storytelling.
A huge thank you to David Hessekiel for over two decades of friendship and collaboration; and strong congratulations to Muneer Panjwani for taking the EFG reins and hosting a powerful event in Minneapolis.
