For the second year, Nikki Korn facilitated the session Innovation in Corporate Citizenship at the International Corporate Citizenship Conference 2012 hosted by the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship. The session focused on how companies are offering innovative products and approaches to service that defy conventional business practices and still turn a profit in an effort to be more responsive to the economic, social and environmental interests of consumers and society.
