Mark Feldman taught a three day CSR communications strategy class as part of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship professional development curriculum in Phoenix, AZ October 20-22. This course covers: defining business objectives; profiling target audiences; understanding traditional and social media tactics; strategic plan development; CSR communications; crisis communications, among other topics. The Cause Consulting team also taught this course in Miami, Seattle, San Antonio and Boston. One participant stated, “Thank you for such a great course.
