While working on the front lines of the nation’s mental health crisis as a member of Bellevue Hospital’s adult psychiatric inpatient unit, Olyvia gained first-hand awareness of complex health-equity and access issues and the stigma placed on patients. Ever since, she has channeled her passion for counseling people into advising executives on how they and their companies can play leadership roles addressing pressing social and environmental challenges.
Olyvia brings deep experience crafting and implementing program strategies around a broad range of CSR and ESG practices, including environmental sustainability, community impact, employee engagement, reporting, and communications. Skilled at engaging and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, she stays laser-focused on delivering value for teams and driving toward meaningful impact. Her clients embrace her as a trusted thought partner, exceptional research analyst and project manager.
As the social impact lead at Kenneth Cole Productions, Olyvia created targeted strategies to advance the brand’s CSR and sustainability practices and multi-stakeholder messaging. Prior to this role, she worked at the Epic Foundation leading their US Engagement and Partnerships strategy to engage companies and donors in supporting Epic’s portfolio of global grantees. She previously worked at Causecast, delivering program strategy and support for companies’ employee giving, volunteering, and disaster relief programs, as well as at Zenith Media where she secured donated media for nonprofit partners and engaged Zenith employees in cause awareness communications and events. Olyvia received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Program for Social Impact Strategy.
