Having competed at the at the highest level of collegiate women’s lacrosse, Kirkland understands the importance of identifying a strategy, anticipating the next move and communicating clearly when working towards a goal. She loves to think creatively when leveraging clients’ unique assets to achieve social, environmental, and business impact, and applies a team mentality and winner’s spirit to everything she does.
Kirkland’s diverse background in social impact, nonprofit partnerships and brand storytelling allows her to apply a big-picture lens to clients’ needs around stakeholder engagement, communications, and signature program development. Her innate ability to develop meaningful relationships paired with a detail-oriented approach to project management fosters trust amongst partners and cultivates authentic impact.
Kirkland’s experience spans a diverse set of industries including consumer products, managed services, manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate. Prior to joining Cause Consulting, Kirkland worked for Bozzuto, the nation’s twelfth-largest multifamily real estate company, where she built and led the company’s award-winning CSR program. She holds a degree in marketing from Syracuse University and a certificate in Sustainable Capitalism & ESG from Berkeley Law Executive program.
Outside of creatively collaborating with clients and colleagues, you’ll find Kirkland back on the field coaching for Girls on the Run, hiking in the Bay Area and experimenting in the kitchen with recipes from her favorite culinary experts.
