Javier Cortes
Creative Director
Javier has a gift for helping clients stop and look at the world in new ways. As a Cause Consulting Creative Director and a Partner at Korn Design – korndesign.com – he brings a unique brand design perspective to our work.
He and his design team have extensive experience with complex brand development across multiple mediums, yielding campaigns that support business and social objectives. He is comfortable jumping across sectors and industries, and has led design initiatives for health care, hospitality, retail, cultural, nonprofit, and higher education clients.
Driven to innovate, Javier is respected for his knowledge of emerging lifestyle trends, abundance of bold ideas, and dynamic visual style. Over the years the AIDS Action Committee, Boston Medical Center; Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center, The Boston Ballet, Harvard University, MIT, The Blackstone Group, and Chef Daniel Boulud have been among his clients. Javier and the Korn Design team’s award-winning work has been widely published and honored by AIGA’s National Competition, Graphis, How Magazine, Print Magazine, and the James Beard Foundation.
