He has decades of experience working in both agency and corporate settings.
During his 10+ years working in Hasbro’s award-winning office of Global Philanthropy & Social Impact, Brandon provided leadership across all aspects of corporate philanthropy. He started out by managing the company’s Team Hasbro employee volunteer program, helping to double engagement, bring cross-functional teams together and multiply impact. He then expanded his role to direct both the external and employee communications specific to Hasbro’s philanthropic work, including global strategy, impact reporting and content development. He helped launch Global Day of Joy, Hasbro’s annual day of employee volunteerism across 40 countries, and BE FEARLESS BE KIND, Hasbro’s signature philanthropic program designed to help raise a generation of kind, empathetic and compassionate youth. He developed programs and crafted impact storytelling with national & global nonprofits including Points of Light, Special Olympics International, SeriousFun Children’s Network and Toys for Tots.
Brandon began his career at global communications agency Hill + Knowlton, providing strategic communications counsel and management on a variety of client accounts ranging from technology start-ups to venture capital firms and FORTUNE 500 companies, including HP, Motorola, Lockheed Martin and Fidelity Investments. He was also a founding member of the agency’s award-winning competitive specialty group.
Brandon is graduate of the ACCP CSR Leadership Forum and Leadership Rhode Island programs. A lover of all types of sports and games, Brandon is an avid Providence College alumni and sports fan. When he’s not working with his clients, he can likely be found either rooting for his Friars or playing Candy Land with his daughter Lily.
