Harriet participated in the Conference Board’s Annual Corporate Social Impact Conference which brings together companies, foundations, nonprofits, philanthropists, and local government to discuss and debate a wide variety of issues including corporate giving, community involvement, social finance, innovation and entrepreneurship, and strategic partnerships. This year, there was a particular focus on the role of the arts in regenerating and revitalizing communities, and innovative community partnerships that are making headway in tackling some of the tough challenges faced by organizations and communities in Detroit.

Participants included Intel, Western Union Foundation, Goldman Sachs, Acumen Fund, Global Impact Investing Network, Living Cities, the Verizon Foundation, Consumers Energy and Corporate Citizenship, to name but a few.

Cause Consulting has been a participant and contributor of the Corporate Social Impact Conference for a number of years in an advisory capacity; Mark Feldman served on the Conference Program Advisory Committee for this meeting.
