As a college tennis player, Nikki learned that strategy, efficiency, and speed were among her key ingredients for success. Today she loves applying these skills to helping companies get winning business and social results.
For over two decades, Nikki has worked with national and global brands on their citizenship strategy and journey. Profiled as one of the Leading Women in CSR by the corporate responsibility publication Triple Pundit, Nikki guides and inspires companies to set goals and create initiatives that positively impact local communities, key societal issues, and the environment. With a keen focus on social and business impacts, she develops powerful initiatives addressing issues such as obesity prevention, workforce readiness, youth development and child hunger. Aramark Building Community, New Balance SparkStart, RedBox Outside the Box, JCPenney Afterschool, Chevy R.O.C.K., T-Mobile Huddle Up, and the Pearson Teacher Fellowship are among the many programs she has crafted.
Nikki began her career in Washington, DC running briefings and releasing reports on a wide range of social issues; working events at the White House; and conducting outreach on behalf of her government and nonprofit clients as part of Millennium Communications Group. She later served for ten years as a Vice President at Cone Inc. where she helped build and advance its cause practice.
Now, Nikki follows in the footsteps of her family members running her own company. She enjoys integrating her broad experience within the retail, fashion/beauty, technology, automotive, and the financial services sectors to connect her clients with critical social issues and popular culture.
