FDA’s Redesigned Food Labels Feature Bigger Type, New Sugar Info (Fast Company)

This past month, the Food and Drug Administration released the design for the updated “Nutrition Facts” labels. The new labels will feature more prominent calorie and serving size information, updated daily values and information on added sugars. All food companies will have to begin using the new labels by July 26, 2018.

 

U.S. Worker Satisfaction Hits a 10-Year High (Inc. Magazine)

A survey by the Society for Human Resource Management indicates that job satisfaction in America is at its highest level in 10 years. This Inc. Magazine article attributes the uptick to an improving economy, greater levels of respect in the workplace and more fulfilling job incentives.
