Fidelity Expands Partnership with Points of Light to Reach Underserved Students

Fidelity Investments and Points of Light expanded their long-term partnership with the goal of revitalizing the learning environments for underserved middle school students across the United States. Through Points of Light’s enterprise, HandsOn Network affiliates, thousands of employees will participate in “School Transformation Days,” which focus on major school renovation projects and year-round volunteering activities. In addition, several Fidelity business units will focus on designing outreach programs where employees will help middle school students grasp the urgency of high school preparedness and the critical importance of a college education.  The program has already gained recognition from local, state and national elected officials since its launch in 2010.
